Descriptions of Units:

CARIBE I (Ground floor Condominium):

This condo is located on the ground floor of the building. It has two twin beds, a full kitchenette with all appliances, a television and VCR with a library of tapes to choose from. The decoration is bright and tropical. This condo is recommended for two people, but can accommodate up to four.

CARIBE II (Ground floor Villa):

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath villa, approximately 1300 square feet, with a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Caribe II is decorated in the same tropical and lively colors as Caribe I. There is a king-size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. It is recommended for four people, but can comfortably accommodate up to six.

COLONIAL I (Second floor Condominium):

This condo is located on the second floor. It is decorated in a traditional style with authentic terra-cotta floors and kitchen cabinets made of local tropical wood. It is equipped with all the same appliances as mentioned in Caribe I. The Colonial I has a king-size bed and is recommended for two people, but can accommodate up to four.

COLONIAL II (Third floor Condominium):

The Colonial II is located on the third floor. This condo is decorated in the same style as Colonial I and also has a king-size bed. The Colonial II has a large balcony off the bedroom overlooking the pool, the ocean and most of the town.
 
 

Rental rates for San Nicolás 2002/2003 (all rates in U.S. Dollars.  12% tax will be added):

Caribe I, Colonial I, Colonial  II (One Bedroom Condominium for up to 2 adults and 2 children):
 

April 1 through July 2, 2002	$600.00 + tax per week
July 3 through August 25, 2002	$800.00 + tax per week
August 26 through December 15, 2002	$600.00 + tax per week
December 16, 2002 through January 2, 2003	$1,000.00 + tax per week
January 3 through April 14, 2003	$950.00 + tax per week

Caribe II (Two Bedroom Villa for up to 4 adults and 2 children):
 

April 1 through July 2, 2002	$900.00 + tax per week
July 3 through August 25, 2002	$1,000.00 + tax per week
August 26 through December 15, 2002	$900.00 + tax per week
December 16, 2002 through January 2, 2003	$1,300.00 + tax per week
January 3 through April 14, 2003	$1,150.00 + tax per week
